Ksenia G. Rudyuk

Ksenia Rudyuk is the founder and the principal attorney at the Rudyuk Law Firm, P.C. She opened her private practice more than a decade ago to primarily represent the Eastern European Community of New York in a number of different legal matters.

From 2013 until 2016 Ksenia chose to be a full-time mother to her then new-born son, Philip and worked part-time consulting other attorneys. In 2016 Ksenia received an exceptional opportunity to work with one of the best divorce attorneys in New York City and gain experience litigating complex matrimonial cases. Thus from 2016 until 2019, she worked as counsel at O’Reilly Stoutenburg Richards, LLP., where she received valuable divorce litigation experience from widely-recognized and respected attorneys.

For over ten years Ksenia has been passionate about family and matrimonial law. She has significant experience representing clients in matrimonial proceedings and family-related matters such as divorce, child support, child custody and visitation, equitable distribution of marital assets and other related matters in all five boroughs of New York City.

Ksenia has successfully represented individuals falsely accused of child abuse or maltreatment at the Administrative proceedings at the Office of Children and Family Services in New York. She also achieved great results defending childcare providers subject to indicated reports with the New York Statewide Central Register of Child Abuse and Maltreatment.

Ksenia Rudyuk is a graduate with honors from Hofstra University School of Law, which she attended after receiving her first Law degree at Moscow State University. She speaks fluent Russian, English and German. She is one of the best Russian speaking divorce lawyers in NewYork, and is highly respected in the Russian speaking community.
